Through Someone Else’s Negligence?
Albany NY Personal Injury Lawyer
I represent injured victims who have been involved in car accidents, medical malpractice, and other acts of negligence. I also represent select commercial litigation clients seeking to be compensated for business or economic losses. Often this means trying cases to verdict. I also, however, seek to understand my clients and their needs so that I can solve their legal problems in a way that most benefits them.
I keep my case load to a minimum so that I can devote the proper amount of attention to each client. This is, and has been my practice for most of my career.

I've known "Pat" for over 20 years and have worked with him on cases, as well. He is talented, honorable, and hard-working -- in short, everything you'd want in a lawyer.Posted on
Patrick is not only an exceptional lawyer, but a very down to earth and caring individual. He not only cares about your case, but you on a personal level as well. It's unfortunate we met under such circumstances, but we will be forever connected for what he has done for my daughter and our family, their will always be a connection!
Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, throughout such a horrific time in our lives, things I could not contend with, nor thought of at the time, were handled in a remarkable way. With much gratitude and thanks!Posted on

Serving Injured Victims in New York
I opened my law practice in May 2018 to continue representing people injured by the negligence of others, and to help victims of medical malpractice. After practicing in firm settings over 32 years, it was time to serve clients the way I thought it should be done. This means to me taking fewer cases and spending more time on those cases. It also means forging close relationships with the clients that I am privileged to represent, visiting them in their houses, communicating regularly with them, returning their calls, and understanding their cases and losses at a deeper level.
