1. Quickly evaluating referred matters and confirming the referral by return mail;
2. Sending written status updates to them every 30 or 60 days depending on their preference;
3. Sending copies of pleadings and pre-trial filings to our referral partners;
4. Notifying the referral partners of all settlement demands, offers and trial dates;
5. Including the referral partners in all substantive meetings with the client as desired;
6. Providing a level of service and communication to the clients referred that will reflect favorably on our referral partners.
